Working around the client’s packed schedule of fundraising and performances, we were able to accumulate documents containing information for use in legal materials. Through the counseling period, easy habits were put in place that effectively protected my client and the company from potentially devastating costs and mitigated the risk of litigation.

Counseling for business planning and protecting against risks

In counseling, I begin with what the client already has in various files from their many years of work. Working from their materials, we pull together content to use in legal documents going forward. We also develop a system to keep adding to the business files as the artistic endeavors grow. The result is a system of information arranged for inclusion in contracts and licenses that protects an artistic body of work and has significant added value as a foundation for marketing and grant applications as well.
